By engaging our services, you agree to the following refund policy:
- No refunds will be provided if you decide to terminate your agreement with our services before we submit your immigration or visa application.
- You confirm that you have read and understood all our terms and conditions before making any purchase.
- Even if you cancel or withdraw your application shortly after signing the contract, we will not refund the amount, as we provide accurate information based on the existing rules and regulations of the respective country.
The following circumstances will result in no refunds being given:
- Misrepresentation or fraud on the application.
- Failing the medical examination.
- Having a criminal record.
- Changes in criteria or regulations by the respective immigration authorities.
Refunds, if issued, will be done on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of our legal team, and will be processed within 90 working days. Please refer to the retainer agreement signed by both parties for complete details and relevant clauses regarding our services.
